Conveniently located, awesome for easy access to public transport and major city attractions, making exploration easy.

The shower showed signs of rust and mold, indicating a need for more thorough cleaning and possibly replacement.

Our breakfast was great and for vegetarians, the staff was nice! Had very central location near the center. Moreover, it was just next door to the city centre and Hauptbahnof station as well as the Schlossplatz and the main shopping area.

We arrived before the official time for checking in and were given access to our room, spacious room, free internet access, proximity to central parks and shopping area

The staff goes above and beyond. They were accommodating. Clean rooms and a decent array of breakfast choices kept things enjoyable. My room lacked air-conditioning, a bit uncomfortable during warm evenings. Another downside was the breakfast variety. They ran out of omelettes early, and I noticed some items were missing. The location is fantastic, being just a short walk from Königstraße and close to metro access. The absence of a 24-hour front desk made me a little anxious when returning late at night, as it could be unsettling for those needing assistance after hours. Despite these few hiccups, I would definitely consider staying here again due to the overall value for money.

Room was spacious and clean. Had nice desk area and free internet even though the website says fees apply. Breakfast was wonderful and had many coffee choices, cheese, bread, etc.

There are a few stairs once you get off the elevator, difficult to move large suitcases/stroller.

Great hotel, helpfull and friendly staff members with a great location towards the city center in a silent environnement. Hotel is recently refurbished with interior of the breakfast room now brand new and trendy.

The location was perfect for our family with 3 young children, just a short walk to the State Theater and city's main attractions. The breakfast spread was good with fresh baked goods that everyone loved!

My wife says that the parking situation could be better for families.

Breakfast buffet was great, they have a huge coffee machine which can do every type of coffee. Beds are comfortable, rooms are pretty new. Staff is friendly.

They have a free parking space but it's limited, and you can't reserve it. Once we arrived it was full and we needed to park on a street nearby.

Family with children friendly and centralized

Had a real nice experience, super clean rooms, and the mini bar was well stocked,, which helped a lot with late-night snacks. I was actually surprised by the breakfast selection, it was rich and had fresh pretzels, rolls,, cheeses, and meats that suited everyone including the kids.

It was not exactly cheap, but pretty alright for what we got.
